FL Data Hub
Terms of Service
Internal-use terms for FL Data Hub, operated by FL-Metall TEC GmbH.
Last updated: 2 September 2026
1. Internal system
FL Data Hub is an internal operational system of FL-Metall TEC GmbH. It is not a publicly offered software-as-a-service product and does not provide public registration or external customer accounts.
2. Authorised use
Access is limited to persons and technical identities authorised by FL-Metall TEC GmbH. Users must comply with applicable internal access rules, security requirements and the policies and terms of connected service providers.
3. Credentials and security
Credentials, access tokens and permissions may not be disclosed or transferred to unauthorised persons. Users must follow internal controls intended to protect connected systems and business data.
4. Controlled management actions
Where a connected workflow can perform changes, relevant actions are subject to the internal control model defined for that workflow, including review, approval and verification steps where applicable. Access to a technical capability does not by itself authorise unrestricted operational changes.
5. Third-party services
Use of Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Google Search Console, Shopify and other connected systems remains subject to the respective provider terms, policies, permissions and availability.
6. Availability and changes
FL-Metall TEC may modify, restrict or discontinue individual integrations or functions of FL Data Hub where required for operational, security, technical or compliance reasons.
7. No public service commitment
Because FL Data Hub is an internal system, these terms do not create a public SaaS subscription, public service-level agreement or external customer entitlement.
