Last updated: 2 September 2026
1. Operator and contact
FL Data Hub is operated by FL-Metall TEC GmbH, Sulzbachstraße 52, 78554 Aldingen, Germany. Questions regarding this policy or data processing through FL Data Hub can be sent to info@fl-metall-tec.de.
2. Scope
This policy applies specifically to the FL Data Hub internal integration platform. It is separate from the privacy policy for the public FL-Metall TEC corporate website.
3. Data accessed
Depending on the connected workflow and permissions granted, FL Data Hub may access business account, campaign, product, performance, search, merchant, e-commerce and internal product or ERP information from connected systems, including Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Google Search Console, Shopify and internal business systems.
FL Data Hub does not provide external customers with access to connected Google account data through a public product or client-facing SaaS interface.
4. Purpose of processing
Data is processed for legitimate internal operational purposes of FL-Metall TEC GmbH, including reporting, data-quality control, product and catalogue management, e-commerce operations, advertising management, performance analysis, controlled data synchronisation and verification of approved operational changes.
5. Access and authorisation
Access is restricted to authorised personnel and technical service identities required to operate the platform. Permissions are limited according to operational need and the capabilities granted by the relevant connected provider.
6. Use and sharing of Google API data
FL-Metall TEC does not sell Google user data. Google API data obtained through FL Data Hub is not provided to data brokers, advertising resellers or external customers.
Data may be handled by infrastructure or service providers acting on behalf of FL-Metall TEC where this is necessary to operate the platform securely, or disclosed where required by law. Such processing is limited to the relevant operational purpose.
The use of information received from Google APIs by FL Data Hub will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements where applicable.
7. Storage and retention
FL Data Hub processes and stores operational data only for as long as necessary for the relevant workflow, security, verification, auditability or applicable legal obligations. Retention can vary by data type and connected workflow. Data that is no longer required is deleted, anonymised or allowed to expire according to the applicable internal process.
Where data can be read directly from the source system when needed, FL Data Hub may avoid creating a separate long-term copy unless operational or audit requirements require one.
8. Security
FL-Metall TEC applies access controls and appropriate technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect credentials, tokens, connected-system data and derived operational information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or loss. Sensitive credentials are not published on this website.
9. Revocation and deletion requests
Where Google authorisation is user-controlled, access can be revoked through the relevant Google account or by contacting FL-Metall TEC. Requests concerning data access, correction or deletion can be sent to info@fl-metall-tec.de, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.
10. Changes
This policy may be updated when FL Data Hub functionality, connected systems, permissions or data-processing practices change.
